"When I realized my little business of 5 years had changed focus and outgrown its name I knew I needed help to bring my online presence current. I went to Aeolidia on the recommendation of fellow shop owners and because I admired all I had seen them do. Writing this review 6 months later I can say without hesitation that hiring Aeolidia was one of the best choices I have made for my business.
The process started with a marketing consultation via Skype with Isa Maria. I was considering renaming my business and she answered all my questions about the possibilities (positive and negative) and process of changing names. The ultimate decision she helped me reach is one I have not regretted.
After the name was settled, I designed my logo and Melissa helped me make it ready for web and print. I was a fan of Lauren's work and was very excited to have her on my project. She put together a simple, beautiful site that perfectly met my unusual and specific needs and has such clear navigation that I actually get thank you messages from people for the clarity of my site.
Shoshanna took Lauren's vision and coded it into functional reality. Working with Shoshanna was so lovely. She was prompt and patient with excellent communication skills. I asked for some pretty specific features that I wasn't sure were possible, but I was never told no. She made my site work perfectly for me and my unique needs.
The Basecamp software made communication and staying on task with the project very easy. Everyone was professional and the project was finished on time. Since my project was finished I have had one instance where something went awry and I needed help to fix it. Aeolidia's follow-up service was wonderful and my problem was fixed right away.
The site that was built for me has helped me to clearly represent myself online in a manner I feel is consistent with who I am. It was a wise investment I feel has served me well and will continue to do so for a long time to come. Thank you ladies of Aeolidia! "
