About Us

Hello, I'm Arianne. I started Aeolidia and was soon joined by my best friend, Shoshanna. My husband, Chris, started helping out and now none of us can imagine going back to work in an office!

We have added some amazing people to our group along the way. We are very carefully and slowly growing. Please do fill out our job enquiry form if you think you'd be a great addition to Aeolidia!

We want to be a strong starting point for you, so we try to cover most of what you'll need. We not only create your website, but we can help with your content and photography, as well as lend a hand marketing and advertising your site once it's up. We can assist with almost anything that goes into setting up a presence online!

I collect Moomins, Russian nesting dolls, illustrated books about mammals, and rocks to tumble. I have two small boys and I'm working on the art of juggling work, creativity, and family.

Liz Wong was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, where she spent her early childhood painting and clambering about in mango trees. She began her illustrious art career at the tender age of five, when she earned the first place trophy in the school poster contest. This encouraged her to pursue art instead of a sensible career in finance like the rest of her family.

Aimee Ray has been an artist for as long as she can remember. She loves trying new things and has a head full of ideas, so she is always working on several creative projects at once. Besides illustration, she is into all types of craft making and has written and designed three books of original embroidery patterns, the 'Doodle Stitching' series. She has made a living as many titles including: design blogger, jewelry maker, graphic designer, consignment boutique owner, copywriter, vintage seller, marketing guru, PR rep and now she just calls herself a "mojo-maker." She charms cats, too.

Before building websites, Zak served as a Naval Officer. When he left the service and began coding, he found the same principles that were successful in the Navy applied to web design. Raised in Minnesota and made in Chicago, Margot is graphic designer and sometimes teacher. She founded her design studio in 2008 and has been captivated by all forms of making and doing ever since. Margot’s collaborations run a gamut of media from letterpress to CSS. Her friends include ampersands, the whole of Chicago, old musty books, new recipes, bike rides and all things vintage.

When Sam's not working, she's likely in her studio making prints or relaxing with her husband and two kids.
